Three grip disc 10kg

The Gatepro three-socket discs with a practical and professional design.

The discs with three grips formed by three ergonomic handles, present on the disc, allow different grips of the same and allow you to perform a wide range of exercises. Suitable for any type of training done with the barbell, but the presence of the three holds allows the use of the discs even in exercises where the barbell is not present. The black Olympic discs are made of cast iron and coated with odorless rubber in order to guarantee safety in the event of a fall and are impact resistant. The central ring is made of steel, adaptable to all Olympic bars with a diameter of 50mm. The steel sleeve allows a better adjustment and sliding of the disc.
